The Minnesota Journal of Law and Inequality is excited to announce that we are reopening for submissions for Volume 44! For this submission cycle, JLI is interested in any legal scholarship that discusses the precarious state of the law, advances unique legal perspectives on injustice and oppression, or offers creative, nuanced solutions to complex legal issues that impact vulnerable and historically marginalized communities. As our Journal is focused on the intersection of law and systems of oppression and injustice, we aim to publish scholarship that will have a lasting impact on the legal community.
Interested authors may submit their manuscripts via Scholastica or through email at lawineqj@umn.edu.
Thank you and we look forward to reviewing your scholarship!
*Please note that we are unable to accept manuscripts from current students.
